Positive: For the most part I was left alone to enjoy my stay. The bar/restaurant was great and the 24 hours snack store was incredibly convenient. I was given coupons for free water or coffee from the store or each day of my stay and while I didn't use them all, they were a great deal to know I had! The lobby was never super busy and the staff were friendly when ran into them. It always looked and smelled clean too, even with a pool service opened most of the day.
Negative: There was a promotion going on and I received too many phone calls. Calls to my room and my cell phone. I was not mad about the promotion and did not mind hearing about it but there was no way to opt out when I didn't want to hear about it, I just had to ignore the calls.
